Absolute Labs Secures $8M Seed Round for Cross-Chain Customer Insights Platform

Absolute Labs has announced an $8 million seed round from Aglaé Ventures, MoonPay, Near Foundation, Samsung Next, and Animoca Brands’ strategic venture arm Sparkle Ventures.

The fundraising also attracted participation from Plassa Capital, Punja Global Ventures and W3i.

Absolute Labs offers a Wallet Relationship Management (WRM) Platform that helps Customer Relationship Management (CRM) teams to manage marketing campaigns in Web3. 

Absolute Labs has already signed up some of the leading brands including LVMH, The Sandbox, Moonpay, and Animoca Brands’ Mocaverse, among others. The platform allows marketing teams to leverage wallet data on public blockchains to gain critical insights into prospects and customers.

Teams can also use the platform to identify actionable segments and automate cross-channel campaigns including NFT airdrops across the entire marketing funnel.

Commenting on the fundraising, Absolute Labs CEO and co-founder, Samir Addamine said: “WRM™ was born from the realization that existing Web2 CRM solutions are neither capable nor positioned to meet the requirements and opportunities of blockchain-based marketing.”

On the other hand, Vanessa Grellet, Managing Partner at Aglaé Ventures sees Absolute Labs’ WRM platform as a key component for Web2 brands looking to leverage customer insights from public blockchains.

According to the Absolute Labs website, its platform allows marketers to analyse over 420 million wallet profiles without compromising their customer privacy.
